Marketing Education Consultant Procedures

Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Marketing Manager and with direction, close cooperation, and coordination with the Marketing Lead and Marketing Sales Coordinator, makes outbound sales calls to homeschool convention attendees and other leads collected from emails, catalog distribution, and other marketing campaigns. Converts hot leads to customers and ensures retention of current customers who have not repurchased. Engages with prospects, builds rapport, answers questions about company products, and assists prospects with ordering products online.

Advisor Escalation

• If a prospect requires education planning for more than 2 students, offer to transfer call to Karla C. If Karla is not available, offer to schedule a return call at the prospect's convenience. Utilize the Call Scheduler to set up the return call.
• If a prospect requires education planning for any number of students with special circumstances (i.e. learning challenges, etc...), offer to transfer call to Karla C. If Karla is not available, offer to schedule a return call at the prospect's convenience. Utilize the Call Scheduler to set up the return call.
