Update – new return procedure 12/17/12
- We are going to change the wording on the labels for books
- If a customer makes a return and the books are labled past week 18 but in new condition otherwise, we will issue a full refund and call the customer that we made an exception.
- This will happen starting today!
- This new internal procdure should be a "one time only," we will not make exceptions on future returns.
