Who Makes The Decisions At Inquisicorp

At some level, everyone at InquisiCorp makes decisions daily.

On another level, the most difficult and most important decisions are made by the owners, John and Sarita. They do welcome input and advice/counsel from everyone, but they must make the final decisions.

And then on another level, the supervisors and managers make decisions for their areas of responsibility. Whenever possible, those decisions are delegated to the lowest level. With credibility and prudence, more and more decisions may be made by those in the areas doing the work. Often such decisions are reviewed for completeness, financial impact, and personal impact by the supervisors and managers.
