Write on a sticky note that it is an exchange and to ship highlighted items only. 5. Give printed invoice to Adis for processing in the warehouse 6. Give return paperwork back to Ann with notation of date given to warehouse for processing. World Book Issues: o The main reason for most of the recent complaints was the problem with accessing the World Book downloads folder after downloading updates — the system did not allow access to several temporary files without all the necessary administrator permissions. To solve this, the Downloads folder has to be removed. World Book have created a small application that looks for the appropriate folders and removes them: http://softwaremackiev.com/downloads/worldbook/WBWinUpdater.zip o If it still does not work for someone, please have them use the Tech Support contact information: o Go to Software MacKiev's home page: http://www.mackiev.com/ and follow the link to Support.
