Who Makes The Decisions At InquisicorpWE DO! The final decision-maker at InquisiCorp, Inc., is our President, Sarita Holzmann. However, we do seek to have decisions made at the lowest level possible. Hence, we encourage everyone at every level to make those decisions that make sense at that level. If you are unable to decide at your level, then raise your question or issue to your supervisor, who is empowered to make decisions for the department. If they are unable or uncertain regarding a particular decision, they may consult with other managers or the owners. On many occasions, decisions will be deferred to a group forum for collective discussion and agreement, such as the General Manager's Meeting, Executive Owners' Meeting, or the Strategy Review Board. Ultimately, a recommendation is offered to the owners and John or Sarita give us a decision. |
